I get so comfortable sometimes I take a nap. Been working on correcting military neck (straight neck) where your head in front body and curve in cervical is gone. It helps greatly by relief on nerve as well as stretch neck to get off nerve. Due work, I use ten minutes a day once a day for couple weeks. Now I find myself using only if needed. No issues with product.

I am a pretty big guy and the device accommodated my neck size easily...until...I aired it up. It seemed to close in as well as pressing upward and I never got the lift I was after until well after it was starting to press on the sides of my neck. In essence, it was putting me in a choke hold. I don't know if my neck is abnormally long or just what but it was out of room to expand before it applied enough upward pressure. I know from friends who use devices of this design that they *can* work. I am going to have to return it, unfortunately.

Uncomfortable and does NOT help with my neck pain at all. Maybe it is for people who have tall necks. My neck is short. This just chokes me even when I don’t fill it much. Causes more pain.

Like everyone else I can slouch, and look down at my phone way too much. I also however suffer from severe TMJ, fibromyalgia, back pain and, a few other issues. Now this device along with the exercises Dr. Fix teaches, it helps me so much. I have had the device now for 5 months, started watching and doing his exercises a few months prior and I am working on making it a habit. I'm not there yet but, I get so much relief when I follow his program. My head itself feels lighter to carry, my ears are able to pop (TMJ side effect. My back cracks when I am finished and relieves pain in my feet. The one thing I do differently is instead of using a ball I use a Shiatsu Foot Massager with Heat. I do this in the morning and sometimes at night, it helps me sleep more comfortably, I'm getting old and everything hurts. My only complaint is I want more Dr. Fix items and suggestions for all my other ailments'. So if you are skeptical and on the fence as I was. I am presently use this device for neck pain and pain from two torn rotator cuffs. Easily work up to a half hour very easily. I find that sitting up straight and using the device is better than laying down which is better for your posture and you can also do some light household chores.
