No, the Dura Chew Double bone is not made in the US - it's made in China. Nylabone items that are made in the USA has an American flag on the front of the package. (Not all Nylabone products are made in the US, but most are... just look for the flag.)

I understand the label is for dogs 50+ lbs but would a 10 lb Chihuahua still be able to chew it or would her mouth be too small?

A 10 pound Chihuahua's mouth will be too small for this extra large chew toy. The correct Nylabone toy size for a Chihuahua would be our petite/x-small toys which are recommended for dogs up to 15 lbs.

I purchased the triple bone pack, not this exact product. I believe they were made in USA because I too only buy made in USA for my dogs. A company news release on their site states durable and flexible non-edible chews are made in NJ. I Googled "is nylabone made in usa" and it was the first link.
