The item is good and does what I need it to do, however the range of this is not as described. I get approx 80 meters from terminal to the farthest I can get. It is not an 'open area' but not that much that should cause an issue. Still good for what I need

We have just got this Retekess pager system for our mini bar at our rented property. Out of the box, the system comes with a transmitter, 10 pagers, a power supply and manual. The transmitter and pagers are made by hard dark plastic and look really professional. The system is ready to use once out of the box. By pressing the pager number on the transmitter, it will call the pager. The pager then will flash, vibrate, sound beeping. Its operation range is up to 300m (indoor) and 400m (outdoor) so it works well on all of our mini bar area. Each pager has 300mAh rechargeable battery so we can change it daily and use them for all day long. Overall, we would like to recommend this pager system due to its good quality and performance.

We used this pager system during a community event where we had to manage queues for food collection. The setup was quick, and the units were already paired, which saved time. The recessed design really helped – even when kids were grabbing the buzzers, they didn’t drop easily. I also liked how stable they felt in the charging base. We tested the range both inside and outside. Outside in open space it worked even from across the park. Indoors, the signal did reduce a bit when there were thick walls, but it still worked across the main hall and kitchen. The combination of vibration and beep made it easy to notice even in a noisy environment, and adjusting the alert time came in handy when we needed longer notifications. The buzzers were easy to wipe down and didn’t feel greasy after handling food. The touch keys responded quickly every time without lag.

this is my second set which was a replacement for first set. The first set lasted a few months and the second set lasted 9 months. I'm not sure why they wouldn't exchange or fix them as I always thought consumer electricals always had 12 months warranty. Don't waste your money.

Great product works good but would be better mire choices of sounds

This pager system is just what I needed for my takeaway food shack. No more customers standing waiting for us to prep and cook the order. Once the order is ready, the buzzer is activated and the customer returns. Certainly takes the pressure off. Excellent product!

Only had the product 5 months don’t use them every day but only 5 of them work so wouldn’t buy recommend this product

Reasonably priced product and works fine so far. I use it to manage the queue in the street food business and it's been a useful purchase. Works fine even with a bit of distance and it's not bulky as some of the discs found in restaurants.
