Vintage Lace Earrings (2 Hour Crochet)

Best book I've found for crochet thread. Love thi. s book! Will add these patterns to my own that I have created.

Very clear and explicit instructions for all of the patterns made it easy to follow. The patterns themselves were lovely, very suitable for beginners.

This book doesn’t have as many pages and is smaller all around as some other books I have purchased in the past. However, I enjoyed the lace patterns specifically the teardrop earrings. Those earrings have the best instructions with lots of pictures. I do not regret adding this book to my collection.

I've made five of the six patterns in the book. Patterns are easy to follow if you've been crocheting for a while. I only like four of the patterns though. The other two make very large earrings, too large for me unless you use size 30 or thinner threads that are not common in stores.

You need to have basic and intermediate crochet skills to make the earrings in this book. If you haven't used small hooks and small thread instead of yarn you may want to give yourself some practice and learning time before you begin your journey through the patterns in this book. The author has included great photos and information about book sizes and thread sizes to make your journey easier. She has also given links so you can download blocking templates so your finished projects will block to the correct size and shape. I'm very impressed with her attention to detail in helping even beginners get the most enjoyment out of her offerings. Bravo!

Patterns were easy to follow but the actual book is outdated

Great introductory book to learn how to hook jewelry. Definitely worth the purchase, even though the kindle version is free. Good reference.

Nice book, love the fact I could do it on kindle so no bulky book sitting on my lap, now it's just my tablet, my granddaughters first attempt at earrings not bad

I love this book. I have made all the earrings in this book. I did not have a lot of experience with crocheting and I was able to follow all the instructions. This book is easy to follow.

Os brinquinhos são fáceis e rápidos de fazer. Há boas tabelas com abreviaturas e correspondência de tamanho de agulhas, úteis para brasileiras que leem receitas em inglês. A falta de gráficos - que muitas americanas não conseguem entender - é meio chata para nós, que os preferimos, mas há fotos bem detalhadas que ajudam a compreender as instruções meticulosas.

Excellent book. Bought this as a gift for someone who loves everything crochet!!
