I've installed this in a 2006 LS430 and it works well. If it's not obvious from the picture, the bezel sticks out (as in, toward the driver) more than the original equipment. If you're okay with that, you'll be okay with this. I agree with an earlier commenter that the fit could be a little tighter, but the installation guy (me) is the only one who will probably notice. My family, when looking at it, thought it looked fine. And they're very honest about such things. Perhaps abusively honest. I mean, I haven't gone to counseling or anything, but they'd let me know if it looked like warmed over cow patties. Even if it just looked a little off. They're kinda mean that way. I mean, have a little compassion on the guy who had to take apart his car 27 times to get the stereo to work (a different problem not related to this product)! But we're not here to talk about my abuse problems, we're here to talk about whether or not you'll like this item. And I think the answer is yes.

The fit is poor. The material is very light duty plastic. Does not compliment a luxury sedan.

Terrible fitment for my 2002 LS430. Go somewhere else and find one that fits better. The top lip is not tight to the console, it's super loose. I thought my installation guy messed up but it appears everybody else has these issues as well. Looks super cheap and has a huge gap between top lip and console. I definitely regret ordering this. Makes my whole car look cheap

Is ok. Color and finish are pretty close for the little money. I don't mind the substantial lip it has. Meaning, it bumps out from the original dash of the car, but that's alright. I am notably frustrated with the minor gap it leaves between it at the top and the rest of the dash controls. It's like it 'sags' down lower than it should. Haven't figured out a tweak to fix this.

Not a great fit. The bottom connects with screws but the top doesn't clip in properly. It feels loose.

Overall, the product is satisfactory, though it falls short of earning a five-star rating. Prior to purchase, I was aware of a particular issue that I'll address. There's a noticeable gap at the top of the frame, which can be somewhat annoying. However, it still achieves the desired original equipment manufacturer (OEM) aesthetic, which was my primary reason for selecting this frame. If you're seeking a product that closely mimics the OEM appearance without the bulk of a tablet-sized frame, this is a solid choice. Additionally, it allows you to maintain access to the air conditioning controls, which is advantageous. In the event that a double DIN unit malfunctions, you can still operate your AC system.
