First I bought another less expensive brand here on Amazon and it caused to itch so bad i had to wash it off.A friend told me about this brand and said it doesnt itch and it basically does not itch at all.Just a tiny bit at most.So I will pay 3 times the cost to use this one.I bought to prevent and cure migraine attacks and it works.I couldnt be happier

I am already taking Magnesium 2 times a day but i had discomfort if i took a third near bedtime. But i kept having leg restlessness and cramps that were painful. So when i heard about this i decided to buy the small size to try. IT WORKS! I started out conservatively with just 5 sprays but then i read that the transdermal delivery means your body will absorb what it needs and you will not overdose. I AM SLEEPING BETTER DEEPER WITH NO CRAMPS. Ive also read that magnesium also is important to protect your health i sent another to my son for my grandson who is a restless sleeper. Im a believer!

When I spray my legs before bed with Ease I almost never wake with leg cramps during the night. When I forget to spray I often get cramps. This product seems to help me. I recommend it. I have also used it on hand and finger cramping at the time of cramping and it seems to help. It has helped me cut way back on my use of Tonic water (has quinine in it) for nocturnal muscle cramps, which once was all that worked. Better to not have the cramp in the first place. Can't give it 5 stars because it isn't 100% effective. But I am grateful for Most of the time.

I read from Wendy Myers' book "Limitless Energy" that most people need to be supplementing magnesium to the rate of 5 X their body weight in mg. For example, my husband weighs 165 pound, so 5 X 165 = 825. Accordingly, he needs to be taking 825 mg of magnesium. So, if one pump spray of EASE Magnesium Spray is the equivalent of 27 mg, then divide 825 by 27 and that equals 30 sprays. You can see why the label says to spray 30 to 50 pumps...this would probably do for most adults.My husband puts about 30 sprays all over his legs and arms, as a result, his legs quit cramping at night. The product is pleasant to use, it isn't like the traditional magnesium oils on the market that gives your skin an icky oily feeling that stings and makes you want to quickly wash it off. This product is just like spraying on water...no unpleasantness. For those people who can't or don't like taking lots of magnesium pills, this is the answer...just spray it on.

I have been ready up on magnesium and I read the reviews using this product. I ordered it and have tried it. I sprayed it on my aching knee and arm. It does take the pain away for a few hours. There is a bit of a burn when using the product in certain areas, but not too bad. I ordered one to ship to a friend and it got lost in transport and she never got it so I canceled the order when Amazon emailed me. Otherwise the product is working for me.

GREAT stuff. Doesn't feel as "oily" as other mag sprays. When we get a muscle cramp, or a charley horse it relieves it right away. I also sometime suffer from what I call "jittery legs" where my legs and feet just won't allow me to relax or fall asleep. I rub this into my feet/ankles/lower legs, and I feel much better and relax.
