Good food color product
The Bright White works wonderfully for the icing I use to decorate sugar cookies. Having white in the base icing, helps with opacity, keeping every color that I use from being too translucent.

Great Food Coloring Gel Paste
AmeriColor is a good quality food coloring gel paste. I add white when making a white cake so that it comes out white and not has a yellow tint to it. I have been using this for years & will continue to use it. The 20 oz bottle will last a very long time.

This is the best white food color
I add Americolor white to my batches of icing for my cookie decorating. It makes a nice bright white, rather than an opaque look. It also helps to keep the darker colors from bleeding into the lighter colors. This is the best white food color out there.

Good size for someone that uses a lot of white
I go through white color very quickly and this has lasted me quite a white. My only complaint is that it seems to have a lot more water in it than the other colors. I have to be mindful of that fact when I am mixing this in my royal icing. Sometimes I end up with my royal icing being too thin because I didn't compensate for the fact that this seems to make the icing more thin without the addition of water.
