Changed my whole digestion
I paid for one of those online food sensitivity tests. I had a lot of them, but turns out, they also tell you how your gut is doing, and mine was terrible!! I was missing probiotics AND enzymes which made it difficult to digest a number of things I love. When I began taking these, along with a good probiotic, my digestion has been very calm. I am SO grateful. My family has a history of colon cancer. It wouldn't surprise me if I inherited the same propensity for this digestive lack; wonder if constant stomach irritation may lead to more serious things?? Just saying.
