Sturdiness
The pans appeared heavy duty, but all buckled in the same place when filled with anything except light items. I cater and therefore need pans that will hold up

Too small - unsatisfactory customer service
Too small for Costco pans :(Since the return window closed, customer service is not exist/responsive, now I am stuck with an expensive product I can't use :(Don't gamble with this vendor

Strong lids
These lids are strong , better than the ones sold at Party City. Will order more.

Not food service ready
These were not in sealed plastic, dirty fingerprints all over the top one. These can’t be used for food service because of the packaging.
