I thought I had bought a book to learn how to decorate cakes from the basics. This book is definitely for the more experienced baker, filled with really difficult challenges. 5 stars though as it is such a good book.

This is a great book. It has many gumpaste flower/leaves/filler stuff tutorials, that are easy to follow and well illustrated. It also has many great cake decorating tutorials that are illustrated well. Overall a great book! I'm happy with this purchase.

The book is gorgeous, all of the photos are beautiful! The directions are clearly explained with lists of equipment needed and photos of every step so you're not going into your project blind. I wasn't expecting all of the extra info in the front of the book. She lists her trusted recipes and many tips. I'm a beginner when it comes to fondant and gum paste and this book is not intimidating at all. I highly recommend this to everyone from beginners like me to professionals wanting to up their skills.
