MCSTrendsetter Poster Frame, Black, 18 x 24 in, 2 pk

The frame is very poorly made, came out of the box cracking. Only keeping it because I cannot find another frame this size for a decent price. Although it's crappy quality, it is quite lightweight.

These were just what I needed for properly displaying a collection of movie posters. I do have a couple observations that are worth noting.Pros- Value for money: The cost of a 3-pack from here was actually cheaper than a single movie poster frame from my local framing store.- Shipping: These were surprisingly well packaged for transport. There were appropriate shipping labels for delicate handling and weight, and the internal padding ensured that all the frames arrived safe and sound.Cons- Inconsistent quality control: Of the six I ordered, one had a large glob of adhesive on the inside of the clear acrylic and because the acrylic sheets are glued into the frame it was really difficult to clean. Some goo gone on a paper towel followed by soapy water, then window cleaner was required to get rid of it. Three of the others had too much adhesive on the sides of the frame holding the acrylic in place, which resulted in the placeholder sheet and/or cardboard backing being stuck in place so that it was nearly impossible to remove it without damaging either the frame or the backing.- Only one hanger on the cardboard backing: For a frame of this size, using a single point to hang it gives me some concerns. Two hanging points would provide some extra stability, and ensure that once hung, the frame won't end up moving. I may end up modifying these frames later to do this.Definitely a decent buy, and I definitely will be getting more as needed. The frame doesn't distract from the poster, and also doesn't cover too much of the edges.

I bought these frames because they came in the obscure 16x24" size for posters. The frames themselves are made of plastic, and the 'glass' in front of them is also a piece of clear plastic. As a result, the frame is very light and easy to hang. The backing is a piece of cardboard (like....box cardboard) and it has those bendy retaining clips so you'll need a flathead screwdriver to open it or bang up your fingernails. I was able to hang these with two pieces of command strips which is great so I don't need to damage the wall if I ever want to reposition them. But if you wanted to use a screw or picture hanging hardware, it has clips for those pressed into the cardboard.For posters, these are pretty good, but for the quality you get I wouldn't use them to hang any photographs of fine art.For about $35 for a pack of two, the price is definitely decent, but keep your expectations in check.

It looked nice enough but for $115 I'd expected a backing that could actually support a friggin' picture frame (which isn't even heavy to begin with) rather than the cheapest cardboard you've got on hand. The clasp literally tore out of the backing within one month of me hanging it on the wall. Not impressed. Now since I bought the 3-pack I'm just waiting for the other two to follow this one's example. I'm gonna have to jury-rig my own backings, I guess. Only upside is that the frame didn't shatter when it fell down the stairs after the fact. Won't be buying frames from this company ever again.

Tenia bastante miedo de comprarlos, por los reviews que tiene pero al final decidí arriesgarme porque tenian descuento, efectivamente no es cristal es como una hoja de acrílico delgado. Me parece que se ven bastante bien si no piensas colgar algo muy importante, yo use uno para un rompecabezas y otro para un poster y ambos se ven bastante bien, se pueden colgar horizontal o verticalmente, vinieron super bien empacados, sin ningún tipo de daño.
