Double the relief and support
Get double the support and relief by using the combination of the brace and back stretcher.If like me you are sat at a computer or desk all day the posture corrector will ensure you are not slumping your frame by resetting your natural posture. This takes a little getting used to but is just different at first rather than uncomfortable. Give it a few days and you'll be looking in the mirror wondering if you might just be a cm or two taller.The back stretcher also takes getting used to. Allow your body the time to adjust and notice that aches and pains are less noticeable the more you use it. Recommend you start at level 1 and work your way up depending on comfort. I'm currently on level 2 after 2 weeks. This has assisted in noticeably less lower back discomfort after weight lifting of use after each weights session. Now considering use every day to assist in eliminating altogether.

Love the stretcher but not sure on the posture corrector
Love the back stretcher, its strong and easy to usePosture corrector is also easy to use but haven’t seen the improvement yet however it does feel as though it’s giving me a better posture when using it. Can’t use it for too long as it does get uncomfortable

The back brace is useless, the back stretcher works fairly well.
The back stretcher works fairly well, it took 2 people to set it up though as it is fiddly and requires a lot of strength. The back brace is beyond useless.

Not as described
Looks nothing like as described, the straps seem very flimsy and will need to be over a shirt. As for the stretcher couldn't review as completely missing from delivery

No to confortable… actually does not dress comfortably !!!

Uncomfortable and too big
Barely any support, had to adjust it to tightest and then it was very uncomfortable under my arms because of tighteness and still was barelly supporting my posture because it's so stretchy. Very dissapointed

Pretty nice
Helps crack back and noticed some pain relief with use regularly.

Great
It was frustrating at first as couldn’t figure it out. Watched a video on YouTube which helped video use it everyday now. It’s great.
