worked as a park ranger in a boat for the summer of 2024 and was stung a little over 20 times, had these for nearly all of those stings and it made them suck way less. i bought enough to give to my team of 6 and they all thought i was crazy until they got stung. i got stung on the face and on body all over and these apply fast, get to work fast, and severely lessen the pain from stings. this does NOTHING for the allergic. this is topical pain management and sting area reduction ONLY. highly suggested for any and all first aid and trauma kits, i never fish or go outside without them in my first aid kit.

In the summertime, my backyard and pool become magnets for bees and I'm always worried about kids getting stung. I heard about this product from a friend whose son got stung at the beach; the lifeguard used it to take the sting away (after the stinger had been removed) and my friend said it worked like a charm. Immediately, I went online and bought a few boxes -- at this price, I figured it was better to have them in my house, car, etc., just in case. On the 4th of July, we had friends over, including a friend's 11-year-old daughter who had recently learned that she was highly allergic to bee stings. The last time she was stung (a month before), at school, the nurse didn't use any medicine for her and the sting caused a massive reaction; her arm swelled up to three times its normal size, and it took a week for her to fully recover. Okay, so on the 4th of July I was really watching her and, sure enough, she got stung toward the end of the afternoon. Her mom removed the stinger, then I used this product on the remaining bump where she'd been stung. Finally, we gave her a dose of Benadryl. There were no tears, she said it didn't hurt, and within minutes everything was okay. I checked back in with them the next day and she was doing just fine, as though she'd never been stung. I'm going to keep these with me in my car, purse, first aid kit... everywhere!

It doesn't relieve the itch from bug bites at all. That's what I bought it for so it's a complete fail.

We have bees bees bees, and my grandchildren are always managing to get stung, these work wonderfully to take the sting out quickly.

I used to have these in every first aid kit I got as a summer camp counselor. They work wonders! For humans (and horses!) I live in Australia now and had my mother send me some more recently as there's nothing as good as this here. I got five boxes to give to friends and family. I have never found anything that takes away the pain of a wasp sting like these. I recently had to use one on my 5 year old nephew and I was really glad I had it!!!
