Great product but I have issue with the 5 pin connector
Build quality is good and the connection to the vehicle round 7-PIN is very secure. Grips on the side are good to be able to unplug it. The rubber covers provided have a good seal and protect the 4 and 5 pin connectors from getting wet or covered in dust while they are not in use. I like the ability to use both the 4 & 5 PIN simultaneously. The one concern I have is that the 5 PIN connection is very tight and I can’t slide the connector all the way in. The 4 PIN connection is secure and it has good water seal. The 5 PIN is a harness from the same seller. I can’t tell which one is defective and there’s no way to contact the seller. So, I’ll never know!

Price is great! Exactly as described.
Exactly what we needed and just as described. We looked everywhere locally for one and ended up searching Amazon after four stores didn’t have what we were looking for. The price for the product is great, so we grabbed a few! Arrival was within two days of ordering and ready to use within the same hour that we took it out of the package - it’s so easy to use, no finagling needed! Smaller in size, and the material feels and seems to be sturdy.

product works as described, like the fact it works for both a 4 or 5 pin connector, and has protective cover when not in use, i still take mine and store in the truck since there are some people who like to take things that they don't own because its easy to pop out and walk off with..

Really needed this to convert the standard tail power outlet on my 2025 KIA EV9. This was a cheap and efficient option that worked flawlessly. Big fan of this product
