Im about 5'10 & 320 pounds but i can do situps to squats all day but my question is if this can handle my weight???

I have used this exact model in the gym that I workout in. It's on the floor for everyone to use. I'm 5'10 inches and 250 pounds. It felt very sturdy. It didn't move and none of the joints made noise or felt loose.

Is there a weight limitation?

I am not sure. I weight 120 lbs but it is very sturdy and easy to assemble.

Will this machine help build glutes and hams also

The exercises on this machine are focused on secluding the quads. However, you will be working other muscles as well like your hams and glutes.

How bad is this for knees some say bad excercise hurts your knees

Everyone’s knees will vary greatly. On some people with unhealthy knees it is probably not the best. Doing your exercise in a slow & controlled way with no explosive movement will go a long way to help keep your knees safe.
