This strap won't wow anyone. It's not full grain or cordovan and it's some high end supple piece. But for the money it doesn't the job well. It looks nice and feels well made. The speed bars are easy to use and appreciated. It's also very comfortable immediately which I like. Overall I'd buy it again, it's a nice strap at a good price.

I got this band to replace a worn out band on my Fossil watch. This band looks identical except mine has a rose gold finish on the metal buckle, but no big deal. The two loops that secure the extra band do not work well though. The inner loop is fixed and so close to the buckle that it's nearly impossible to insert the stiff leather loose extra band under it, and the other loop slides around easily before you tighten the band around your wrist, but after tightening is hard to move. So I had to cut the fixed loop off, and I have to be careful to position the other loop properly before tightening, which is not that easy, so it's a bit of a pain. A design like the OEM band with one thicker fixed loop properly positioned would be preferable. Overall though, the band looks just like my OEM band, so I'm pleased.

Good leather. I like the quick release feature. Easy to mix and match straps depending on what you're wearing and your mood. Fit and color so good.

I purchased the grey suede strap for $19 in November 2023. It comes in a very basic plastic bag with just the strap and no tools. Now if you're as into watches as I am, you probably have a ton of spring bar tools laying around so it's no problem, but I think it still would have been nice if Ritche included one for those who may not have one.The strap itself seems to be of great quality right out of the box. It is stamped genuine leather, but at this price point it's difficult to expect much more, and it seems thick enough that it'll hold up over time with proper care. The suede has a nice, soft texture as well.The buckle feels nice and sturdy, and is unbranded which is nice. The only branding is on the under side of the strap where it is not visible when worn. It appears to have drilled holes as well which should making changing the buckle a breeze as well.It comes with quick change spring bars which I highly appreciate, and they feel substantial in operation, giving you confidence that they're not going to fail easily.All in all, Ritche is a great budget watch strap choice, and likely sits at the top of the list for best "genuine leather" straps. If you want better than this, you'll have to pay a little more for top grain or full grain.

Wore it for about 2 weeks now to give a proper opinion- When I received it the bottom strap wouldn’t fit, no reply from manufacturer so I had to shave down a bit of the suede for it to fit perfectly- Build quality isn’t bad, butter soft suede and keeps shape, nice brushed buckle-Light grey is pointless to buy, absolute dirt magnet. After a few casual wears it looks super worn and dirty.Not worth your time in all honesty but not unwearable

The watch band fit but the pin could only extend a little bit and not long enough for my watch, if the pin was longer it would have worked. I don’t like the pins that are sewed in, you can’t replace them with another pin. So I had to send it back. I tell you finding anything for myself is always a challenge, the band that came with the watch is to hard and hurts my wrist? I guess I’ll be dealing with this problem because I have fibromyalgia and it sucks!!!
