Wheel is perfect and true to looks. It’s quiet and my hamster loves it. She sometimes treats it like a lounger couch.

Love it!!! My hamsters bedtime cage is right next to my bed, after two nights of the wheel being in his cage, I began to feel sad he wasn’t interested in it. But I was wrong! He loves it! It just truly is silent as advertised. I happened to wake up to go to the bathroom and found him having a grand time with it.

Over the last few months I have bought 30 of these for my animal science classroom. (Some purchased by school some myself-budget) For the most part, they are great for mice. I don’t know that my golden hamster would fit on this, but maybe a Syrian. This works well for my mice and students who use them. They do need to be cleaned often and some of the bearings may not be stainless steel because I’m seeing a little bit of rust. Hopefully, I can use them next year as well for the price you can’t really beat it. I also have upright wheels to offer them as well. Most prefer these. Out of 30 that I have received non-have been broken, however three came without bearings. I’m guessing they were lost in the warehouse when packaged because the black plastic bag sometimes has holes in it. It’s not a super big problem for me because I’m sure in the future, my students will break some, but it would be nice to have. Or way to be able to purchase the bearings on their own so that I can replace them if they seize up. FYI Cages in photos are very temporary-2 weeks max. Just for ease of project.

Very squeaky after a while but nothing you can't fix. Easily assemble. Sturdy, hasn't tipped over or anything. Use it for my gecko and he loves it.

I bought this hamster wheel to use for our hermit crabs to give them some exercise opportunities. This wheel is durable and serves it purpose. It was definitely hard to assemble and came with no directions on how to put it together. It took me about 10 minutes and several attempts until I figured it out. Once I did get it together I was pleased. It is durable but a bit bigger than I was hoping it would be. It takes up quite a bit of room in our 10 gallon tank. It would be great if they made one that was much smaller. All in all though this was a great purchase at a decent price. I would recommend for any big tank such as 25 or 50 gallon. Would also be a great addition for any hamster owners. I would say this is chew proof and easy to clean as well as it is made of hard thick plastic.

Works great. My daughter's mouse runs on the thing constantly. Can anyone tell me how to get a mouse to stop pooping all over the wheel?
