Not an issue with the product but it is not stated clearly in the product description. This will not work outside North America (pretty much) unless you have a voltage converter.

Works fine, no issues so far
Satisfied with the purchase, quality rice cooker, useful features, easy to clean, cooks rice perfectly, made in Japan. Only con is that it doesn't include a rice paddle holder so I had to purchase an after market one to attach to the cooker. I'd purchase it again if need be but I'm hoping it will last for many years of weekly use.

I first heard about this rice cooker from the YouTuber Uncle Roger. He was saying it was the best rice cooker. So when my old one died, I knew exactly which rice cooker I wanted.This rice cooker is the best rice cooker I have ever used. Perfect rice every time!

Reliable tool
I love this product! Easy to use and there many functions, such as steaming potatoes, making porridge, and cooking good quality rice.Even if I unplug by accident, it will preserve the food and when I plug it back in it will continue cooking where it left off.
