Q: how did you blow it up with all the parts together or piece by piece?

Hello. Connect all parts together then blow them up.

Q: The product arrived and I have a problem: the stems at the thighs have no receiver counterpart? So air flows out of them, deflating the legs.

Ours had a big hole in it and couldn't be used. We have not received a refund. Pictures were taken and sent in to be reviewed.

Q: Was thinking about using it outside as a decoration. Will it hold up in outdoor fall weather if tied down?

I don't believe so. Each piece of the body is individually put on then everything blew up at once. It comes apart fairly easy.It isn't a helium balloon, it comes with a straw to blow up.
