These Neodymium Mini Cylinder Magnets from JUNAN are just like the ad reads very good for the job and to make it even better they were sent in a small tin with foam padding not like most just in a plastic bagvery happy

Not the most powerful at this size i have used but good enough for most uses.Come in a nice little altoids style tin too

With a 6 mm diameter and 1.5 mm deep, these magnets are certainly ‘mini’, but they are nevertheless quite powerful, if not as strong as their 8mm and 10mm brethren.Being so small, they are absolutely NOT for any child who could possibly swallow them. The usual ‘36 months’ limit for small items that could be swallowed would still, in my opinion, be far too young.Besides obvious uses such as holding notes to vertical metal surfaces (fridges, etc.), the Amazon pictures suggest some imaginative uses, including re-sealing a part-used coffee bag and building them into various novelty items.My contribution for an ‘original’ use is to use one to hang a USB re-charging cable (as for wireless mouse/keyboard and increasing numbers of other small electrical items) to the side of a PC, filing cabinet or any other steel surface when the cable is not in use. The same can be done with keys, providing the key is magnetic.The 100 magnets come in a neat metal box, well lined on the inside to keep the magnets from sticking to the metal. At approx. 85mm x 60mm x 27mm, the box is far larger than strictly necessary to contain the magnets, but letting them stick to its outside is one way of keeping them together and ready at hand in a home or office.

Recently purchased a batch of 100. Tested out the pull strength of the magnets, and they arent as strong as other of a smaller size I've used from other providers.

The magnets are hidden under the thick top layer, which is quite tough to remove. At first, I thought they'd forgotten to put them in, but they are in there. The magnets are tiny but strong, however are easy enough to pull apart from each other. I used some strong super glue and brushed a thin layer onto the back and placed it onto my small resin project I had made, a stag head. I left it for about 10 minutes while I did something else and I came back to find it had solidly glued on. I placed it onto my fridge and for a small, lightweight resin object, the one magnet held it well. I could also take it off easily enough. Throughout the day, I opened and closed the fridge door multiple times and had no problems with it.

This 100Pc magnet set comes packaged inside a nice metal tin with foam padding. This protects your magnets as well as keeping other objects that are not safe around magnets safe. The magnets themselves are very small and do present a choking hazard. However, they’re vey strong, especially considering their size. You can use these pretty much anywhere where the surface is magnetic or metal. They do work for the fridge but just a little hard to get off being only a 1.5mm thin. You can also use this in DIY projects and embedding them between cardboard. Perfect for hiding them inside a mechanism you want to magnetically shut. There aren’t any sticky tabs included for this, however, a blob of glue on one end should sort this. Very happy with this product and at £6.99 for 100 it’s a fairly decent price.
