Great kit. Only used so far for drilling out 13mm holes in 8mm thick mild steel. After circa 20 holes - you can’t actually tell which bits have been used. Great start.

Having tackled a few stainless steel projects recently, I can say these Rennie Tool bits are a real lifesaver. Really good drill bits

I needed this type of drill bit as I had some drilling in stainless steel rod and my other drill bits were all useless. These bits were perfect at the job and showed no signs of being blunted by the experience. Fair price too.

Did the job for me. I needed to drill 4 10mm holes in galvanised mild steel perhaps 4 mm thick to mount trailer props. I did 4mm to start and then 10mm, using 3 in 1 oil to lube. Each hole was a few minutes and worked well. The 10mm seemed to have a bit of a cut on one edge but worked well for me.

Got these as couldn't drill a bit metal but realised made of stainless steel, got through it in seconds with one of these.

These seemed to do a good job of going through some thick steel. It took a while but much better than even titanium bits. I like this set alot but after using it I couldn't put the drill bits back because my drill chuck caused a bump on the drill bit and the tolerance on the holes is pretty tight. So the case is barely useful to me right now. Overall though a good purchase
