Soothing and works quickly!
I like that this balm comes in several different formulations so that I can choose the best for my needs. I don't know how I got by without Plai balm, recommended by a relative.

Amazing Green Thai Joint Relief
This stuff works! It is not heavily mentol smelling, actually has a pleasant smell, and when I rub it into my knees, gives me a measure of relief for several hours

It heals your muscles.
I injured my wrist during grappling. This product (the green variety) helped my muscle/scar tissue finally heal and the pain stopped. I used a lot of it, and put on a brace. It kicks in with moisture due to the oils that are in it, for example when you sweat. You can also put on any wet arm band to “activate” it. It doesn’t smell that pleasant when you first put it on—like Mr. Clean. But when it fades, it actually smells great.

This balm works better for pain than Icy Hot or Ben Gay. It was recommended to me by my acupuncturist. The smell is strong but a good whiff will clear your sinuses!
