Q: Is this a cool blue color?

No. Their color temperature is closer to 5500K, which is a bright white. A color temp of 8000K gives a blue look. One additional comment is that though the blue looks cool, it defracts more in rain, fog, and snow giving you reduced visibility when you need it most.

Q: How can i be sure that this is not fake like those ones on ebay?

Q: Do these work as a high/low beam bulb like in an 07 Cadillac Escalade?

YES!!! I installed these in my 2009 Cadillac Escalade and they DO work on high and low beam. As in all D1S bulbs, it has a magnetic solenoid that tilts the bulb upwards during high beam. No change in brightness, only change in direction. Same as OEM bulbs.

Q: Will they fit a 2008 528i bmw?

Should be. If your car is e60 facelift. It will fit.
