It's effective and nice
I used it and I found it amazing ,does not cause any breakage ,no hair fall ,I love it

The bottles came open like the product was repacked or used!

Softened Hair but Damaged scalp
It says no Lye and for kids but it has way more harsh chemicals than other products I have used before. It made wound like rashes on my scalp, actually burnt the scalp as well even though I followed all the intructions on the manual and I am not kid. So was thinking what it will do to a kids sensitive scalp.Overall good for hair smoothening but worst for scalp.
