I was interested in this lotion primarily because it said that it would brighten my skin. I have a few fine wrinkles, and while I am not worried about those, I certainly would like to stave off more as long as I can. I also do get dark circles under my eyes, because I have very fair, thin skin. So I thought I would take a chance with this cream.When it first arrived, I was a little iffy, just because of the packaging. The packaging seemed very generic, and a little beat up. The product inside looked fine, though.If you are looking for something 100% natural, this one is not it. The ingredient list starts with several chemicals, and then finishes with natural ingredients like avocado and carrot root. In looking at the list, probably 2/3 of the ingredients are naturally derived. The rest are the chemicals that give you the anti-aging effect.The anti-wrinkle cream has almost no scent. There is the subtle scent of "lotion", but you have to work really hard to smell it. The bottle may not be huge, but you don't actually need a lot to cover your face. It glides on very smoothly, and spreads pretty thinkly. I appreciate the fact that the squirt nozzle only sends out a little streamer of creamer, so that you don't get too much and waste it. Too often a bottle gives you a big dollop, and you don't need it, but can't put it back in the bottle.As you put the cream on your face, you can feel it instantly moisturizing your skin. It doesn't take long for your skin to absorb the face cream, and then your face is just left feeling soft. There is no tight or sticky feeling left behind, and your face doesn't feel greasy or oily, either.Now for the true test: does it do anything about dark circles, brightening your skin, or wrinkles? I have been using this cream for three weeks now. There has been a subtle difference in my dark circles. They are still there, but they seem to have faded a bit toward the outside of my eyes. It's a very minimal change. There are several reasons for dark circles, like heredity and the fact that thinning skin and loss of fat and collagen — common as you age — can make the reddish-blue blood vessels under your eyes more obvious. I don't know that there are any creams that can alter genetics or stop aging, so I believe it is unfair to expect that this cream could do that. In the category of brightening my skin: YES! My skin has definitely brightened up, and looks more vibrant. When I look in the mirror, my skin has lost the almost greyish pallor it had before, and seems to be healthier looking. That is great! I have had several days recently where I have looked at my face and thought that I may not even put on makeup, my skin looks so good. Does this prevent wrinkles? It's obviously too early to tell. Three weeks is a relatively short period of time, and I feel that the true test will be over the course of years - and I don't want to wait years to give you a review!Summary: Three weeks usage.Nice moisturizing lotion, 2/3 of ingredients are naturally derived, skin feels great. Dark circles - no affect. Brightening - YES! Prevent wrinkles - too early to tell.

Upon receiving this Umber Anti Wrinkle Cream in the mail, I was happily surprised to see how well it was packaged. Please see attached product pictures.On second note, the first thing I did after opening the box was to look at the ingredients. I am always interested to see what is in a product that I apply to my skin, and where in the ingredients lineup the advertised ingredients (Aloe Vera, Almond Oil, and Avocado) are located. I switched out my regular daily moisturizer with this and had pleasant results, which is, actually pretty amazing. I have extremely sensitive skin and tend to break out from even the most natural of products, including almost all of the unnatural ones. I had absolutely no problems with this anti-wrinkle cream at all! I would, however, not switch out your daily moisturizer, but add this to it. The addition of almond oil keeps it from being too drying, but doesn't act as a moisturizer. It doesn't seem to have any scent at all, which may be why I didn't break out from it. It is medium-light in thickness and doesn't take too much, maybe the size of a dime, to cover your face. It soaks in and doesn't leave any film or greasy layer. It has a slight tightening feeling after just one use, and noticeably firmer skin after one week of use. I have multi-type skin right now, as I am expecting, with some areas that get oily and other areas of my face that are very dry. This didn't aggravate the oily areas but I still needed moisturizing in the dry areas. It did seem to dry out the dryer areas of my skin, but all I had to do was add moisturizer.As a disclaimer, I received this product for a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
