Migraine sufferers take note!!
So this is bovine collagen which is fine, however I have been taking 3 tablets a day and noticed I'm getting more frequent headaches and migraines and this is the only change to my routine- so just a heads up to migraine sufferers, try one and see how you go.

I only managed to take them for 2 days as they gave me stomach ache and a massive migraine and I don't even have any sort of allergies. They are just no good

This product is amazing. I have been using it for the last 5 years . At the beginning l thought that there was not much difference in my skin. After l run out and not re orderedafter about 2 weeks l noticed my skin didn’t look as good so l ordered another bottle. That was five years ago. Not only my skin looks good also my hair and nails are in good condition. This product will always be my daily routine. Thank you for collagen supplants .

Waiting on the results
I was having a difficult time with dry skin. I thought it was due to age, so I looked into collagen supplements. This one had some decent reviews, so I ordered it. It has only been a week, but I honestly see no difference in my skin, hair or nails.Also, these tablets are BIG. They smell and taste funny, too. Oh, and the dose is 6 tablets!I'll keep plugging away, but unless I see dramatic results, I don't foresee a reorder.

Love this product and take them every evening at bed time ….. it is recommended that 6 are taken daily but I find that 4 are sufficient for me.
