1500 Grain Pocket Scale – Digital Reloading – 0.1 Grain – Ready to Use - Green

Works good to measure both powder and cast bullets. I'm a little unsure if it really is accurate to a tenth of a grain. When I am trickling in powder, it often seems to skip up by 0.2 grains. It would probably be nice if it was a bit more accurate and showed hundredths of a grain. But then that might be a whole new level and price point. After casting a batch of bullets, I will weigh them all and sort them out by weight. Then, remelt the outliers.

No digital scale is perfect or any scale for that matter. This scale is compact, rugged and accurate. I use it with a Lee dipper and also as the second of 3 verification steps on more Critical measures….first the dipper for close then the RCBS digital then the beam for final verification before going down the tube. I am happy with this scale from the bench to the field.

This scale is easy to use. I have not used this scale to measure powder for reloading yet. I did compre it to my beam type scale. Both read identical weights. I am happy with this purchase.

This little scale works fine for general reloading and checking bullet or case weights. It’s compact, easy to use, and a nice option to toss in the range bag or keep as a backup on the bench. Runs on AAA batteries, which is convenient. That said, it only reads in 0.1-grain increments, so if you’re doing precision loads or chasing ultra-tight charge consistency, it may not give you the accuracy you want. It can also be a bit sensitive to vibration and needs to be zeroed occasionally. Overall, good for basic reloading tasks ✅ but not ideal for precision shooters looking for lab-grade accuracy ❌.

DO NOT BUY FOR RELOADING.... someone left a review to not buy this and i didnt listen. It looked good and was branded as a reloading scale but jumps 2.0 grains randomly so unless you want to check and recheck every single round, look somewhere else. I bought a $20 frankfort arsenal branded silver clear top scale 2 years ago and it is still perfect. I thought this one had to be better but it wasnt even close to useable. Go try anything else because thisSHOULD NOT BE USED FOR RELOADING. 2 full grains is absoltely massive. When i reload im upset if my weight is off by 0.1.... and this is off by 2 whole grains every 6 rounds or so. Thats off by 20x what is acceptable. THIS IS A DANGEROUS PRODUCT. TAKE IT OFF THE MARKET IMMIDIATELY! If i hadnt have caught it this could have blown up a fire@rm.

This pocket scale is very easy to use very easy to take around with you. I use it to weigh my pellets when getting ready to shoot competition to make sure they’re all the same weight. This device does exactly what I need. It was easy to see make sure you read all the instructions. It comes with a weight in it and it will calibrate itself. This is very delicate instrument so treated as such. Also, it may be a good idea to get some scotch tape out so that you can secure the battery door that comes off so easily. A nice piece of armamentarium for my tool collection.
