This book is far from insightful. The author talks about his background and how he studied his own experiences to formulate his approach with several web links provided to some online service he provides. The advice he does provides it useful in places but overall it is lacking, For example, rather than providing guidance on the best approach to take for a HR interview, the writer suggests trying to bypass it entirely by securing an interview with the hiring manager. I do not feel this approach is particularly realistic.Let's just say I don't know why so many people have rated it so highly on Amazon.com, maybe I have just missed the point!
