Awesome Service Earthen Story. This is most sweetest wheat flour I've eaten in a long time. Roti's are sweet, soft and the overall quality is just great. It is freshly grounded, packed and sent. Thank You and do keep it up.

The atta quality is great- fresh, coarseness indicating the presence of bran. The atta absorbs a lot of water which is good sign of the quality. Phulka/paratha is soft and tasty. Definitely great quality however pricing is very steep.

the taste and softness were good but first 10 days we enjoyed eating this atta but after that below our air tiet bucket in which we had emptied the atta at past we found small white and brown bugs which was not at all soothing experience for us by the time we had ordered the second packet so could not cancel the order i wish that they really give fresh atta to their customers i felt cheated rather than buying this we could buy sharbati grains at better price and grind it ourselves

This is the best Sharbati aata that we have found till date on Amazon. The quality is way better than the other flours available in market. The coarseness and the texture clearly revels that it has lots of bran, which supports the brand's claim of using 100% whole wheat. Rotis are very soft and tasty and has that nutty flavour as we used to find in old days. Even when we consumed the roti after 2-3 hours, it was still very soft.While kneading the dough, it absorbed a good quantity of water, that shows that the atta is very fresh and is made from best quality grain and which again support their claim of using premium quality grains and grinding the grains after the order is placed.I strongly recommend this product to everyone.

I will give 10/10 for the freshness and the quality of the product. Based on the color of the aata I can surely say that the bran is present in it, unlike the other branded flour which looks white as maida. Definitely not bleached or processed. Highly fibrous as it consumed lot of water while kneading the dough.Rotis are coming out to be very soft and tasty. My 5 year old son likes the rotis more than other flour's roti.Coarseness of the aata is very good due to stone grinding. Ground to order makes it very fresh and healthy. Packaging is very good and the press lock is very convenient for storage purpose.Overall a great combination of freshness and quality. Will highly recommend it to everyone.
