This product is a waste of money and doesnt work at all. The sand continuously gets stuck in the center making the timing off and not good for anything needing an accurate time

The media could not be loaded.  This is a very cheap product and an hourglass is only valuable if it works. Every time I flip this hourglass, it sticks and the sand gets stuck.

Watching the magnetic effects are pretty cool but unfortunately the iron filings routinely get stuck and you have to tap or shake it to get it going again. Returned the my first one for a replacement and had the same trouble. Disappointing.

The media could not be loaded.  Having issues with my brand new 5min magnetic hourglass (received mine as a gift and immediately noticed issues with the quality). It's a little over 5 minutes (I don't expect it to be exact, but I'd rather have it be under the limit than over the limit) The magnetic sand gets stuck in the top portion so often that it makes the hourglass essentially useless. And it usually gets stuck with the last 5-10 seconds left to go. When it gets stuck, you have to either tap it, shake it, or heat up the hourglass (with a blow dryer, etc.) in order to get the sand moving through the hourglass correctly again. Great looking hourglass, but it's sadly too commonly inaccurate and/or defective.

The metal dust gets clogged up in the glass connection between the two sides. So when flipped to start the timer it fails about half way through the time.

This product does not work. The “sand” flows for approximately 20 second, then you have to shake it to get another 20. Boo.

Cool product but never got the wood stand

Glass is very thin. Seems easily breakable and didn’t receive the wooden base.
