Great value price, needed asap but my local independent shop was charging £8 just for 50 masks which was ridiculous which i wasn't prepared to pay, even tho we all have washable facemasks in the household but due to 2 teenagers testing positive within 2 days apart with one having the omicron (sore throat and pale skin but felt fine) and other c-19 (lost taste and smell and had flu symptoms) which they caught from college, we needed disposal masks ASAP that they could use for bathroom trips to and from there bedrooms without me having to wash there washable masks daily whilst they was infected, these was perfect but best of all arrived next day so didn't have to wait long. Now 10 days have passed and both teens have made full recovery, we still have 1 box full left which will be putting away incase anyone else gets hit by the nasty bug in the future. Good not only during COVID, but any dusty conditions perfect.

These masks do get the job done. They cover the face, there are many of them, and they are at a good price. However, compared to boxes of masks I have had previously, these seem of a slightly lower quality. The mask is not as stiff and therefore feels a bit more flimsy.

Good stuff

We normally wear washable fabric face masks but decided to buy a pack of disposable ones, partly to keep spares in the car etc, as well as giving a little bit added protection for DIY jobs, including sanding and when using paint aerosols. I was initially put off by the negative reviews with accompanying photographs of very poor products, however, in view of the price of £6.99 for 100, including delivery, I was prepared to risk it. I need not have worried. Delivery was next day by courier and each box of 50 certainly appears to be perfectly fine. I've only used one at the time of writing this review but I found it very comfortable and had no issues with it. I've no reason to doubt that the others will be of the same quality.

Before buying these, I looked at reviews and I saw several comments saying that this product "was a disaster" and that "they almost all broke"... and son on. I still bought them because the price was very good and I use a high quantity of masks for my work. I have used up most of my 100 masks and not a single one of the broke. They may be light and maybe not as protective as superior grades, but one thing which is not true is that they are flimsy and break easily. Even if you need to stretch them they hold perfectly well. So to the people who said that all of theirs broke I would like to ask what they do with them and how they handle them. Mine were solid enough and very good for the price I paid. I have just placed a repeat order for another 100 units.

Masks are very light and easy to wear, and breathing is easier than the cloth ones I had been using,important if you need to wear them for extended periods. they also have the squeezable band round the nose to make a better seal, handy for spectacle wearers. The only critcism I have is that very occationally the elastic cord parts company with the mask making it unwearable, but an easy repair, so take a spare!. this would certainly not put me off buying them again, if necessary. Excellent value for money, six to seven pence each.

Bought these in a bit of a panic because we suddenly needed lots of face masks for a trip we were taking and I couldn't face trying to wash our reusable ones and did not want to spend too much. They are OK, quite comfortable - but very thin and not very large, just about large enough. In fact we did not need so many so I am using them up to go to the supermarket. I wouldn't repurchase - I guess this is a real example of you get what you pay for. I also hate the thought of all the waste when these just get chucked in the bin.
