I’m extremely happy with the Faber 8 Place Dishwasher. It’s the perfect solution for small to medium households, especially if you’re short on kitchen space but still want powerful cleaning performance. Despite its compact size, it easily fits daily utensils, plates, glasses, and even cookware. The wash quality is impressive—dishes come out sparkling clean with no residue, even after heavy meals. The multiple wash programs are very practical, allowing me to choose a quick wash for lightly soiled items or a more intensive cycle when needed. What I really appreciate is how quiet the dishwasher is. It runs smoothly in the background without disturbing the household. It’s also energy and water efficient, which helps save on utility bills while being environmentally friendly. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the controls are intuitive and easy to use. Installation was straightforward, and overall maintenance is hassle-free.

The experience was good) Product Installation by Faber: Good (Had to call 2 times but was delayed because of holiday, no one's fault). Product Installed within 3 days of delivery Product Review: Awesome There are only 2 choices in the market for 8 place settings dishwasher ( Faber & Voltas). Voltas has lot of reviews plus youtube videos. Faber has none. Still went with Faber since Voltas has some bad reviews in terms of installation and white stains on the dishwasher door. Seems like a good decision. Faber has 3 color and we choose black. The dimensions are exactly as mentioned in the product page. Inside the package you will get (the dishwasher, the inlet pipe, the outlet pipe and salt filling cup). YOU WILL NOT GET, the inlet pipe connector or Detergent + Rinse Aid + Dishwasher Salt. Please ensure you have all these ready for the demo. As you can see in the picture since I connected by inlet to the same pipe from where my Aqua-guard was connected I had the connector in place. I am using Fortune detergent combo (ordered along with the Dishwasher). The results are good. I have tried the 90 mins and 2hr 30 mins cycle. I tried the ECO mode only once (3hrs) takes the most time but result were not okay. Better to go with the 90 min cycle or 2hr 30 mins cycle. Size is pretty decent for a family of 3-4 members. You can put lot of utensils in the bottom rack. ENSURE you use on Stainless Steel , Glass and Dishwasher Safe Plastic. In our first wash we put the casserole and it got deformed. DONT put non stick utensils, dekchis, aluminium or thin plastic utensils/containers. Once the cycle is complete when you open the door, the detergent holder opens up. This is not a defect rather its the expected product behaviour. Don't get worried. MYTH: You need to clean all utensils before you put it in Dishwasher. This is not actually correct. Just like you need to remove large food particles before you clean the dishes in your hand so that it doesn't clog the drain , similarly for the dishwasher's filter ensure you don't put any large food particle left in the utensils. Please keep you expectations in check. If you have a heavily burnt utensil, the dishwasher is not going to make it look like new neither your house help can :P. We soak any utensil we use immediately and then put it in dishwasher. At the very least you get to save 30 to 45 mins of your time and get hygienically cleaned utensils. The feeling when you get your utensils out is just like getting freshly baked cake out of the oven :P.

Item is good. Satisfied with the product quality. The compact size, I was looking for, got in this counter top dishwasher. Price higher side compared to other similar items. Easy and simple functions to use. Minor improvement in display may be done (alert led may be made red, play led may be provided with green color etc), but no issues. Satisfied with the cleaning. Noise level is satisfactory. However time for cleaning is generally 1:30 to 2 hours (however different modes are there as per cleaning type requirement which are taking higher or lower time, but on average point of view it would've been good if washing time may be reduced). The demo team arrived within 2 days after receipt and were good. I had already done the pre-requisite requirements (plumbing) on my end.

The wash quality is really efficient, it uses hot water and leaves everything sparkling clean. I usually run it for about 3 hours on the reset setting, and the dishes always come out spotless. The overall experience so far has been smooth, with no malfunctions or issues. It’s easy to use, quick, and makes the whole process convenient. Special mention to Ganesh Kumar Chaubey, who handled the installation. He explained everything clearly and guided me well. The only downside was that the installation happened after about a week’s delay, but the technician himself was very professional and helpful.

Pro: 20.08.2025 Value for money.. great product, compact and useful for nuclear family. Less water consumption which is the USP. Easy installation. Clean utensils. Con: To many follow up needs to be done with the brand faber service team for demo/ installation. Faber team / authorized service team needs proper product installation training. Disconnect between faber cust service and service team. Rest all good

Because of the service accountability and quality it is not even one star, but I am compelled to choose. Exactly in two years the machine completely stopped working. Faber service is of zero quality. They took almost a month to address with action by replacing motor. Motor came with the technicians without any official packaging - after it was placed in spite of the earlier two investigations, the technicians realized even the fan was melted. So it was replaced the next day - again without any Faber / approved packaging shown to me. They tested and said it is done to close the request. In the actual, operations, it wasn’t working. I informed the team - both Faber, the service agency’s regional manager and the technician themselves. No one has responded.
