HolbeinArtists' Gouache - Permanent White, 60 ml tube

My friend who went to art school recommended this gouache to me, I started out with the smaller gouaches with just the primary colors, black, white and completely fell in love with them. When I ran out of those I tried other gouaches and none of them compared to this brand here, the quality is unmatched at a decent price. I love them so much I bought three whites and three of every primary color. The colors are just so vibrant and beautiful. You also don't need a lot of paint with these too, I just do a tiny dollop of each color when I paint and it's usually enough to do most of my painting.

Good to blend with other colors...definitely a premium paint.

Holbein is one of the best qualities of gouache that I have found. I got this bigger tube of white because I use it a lot. Amazon has a good price on it.

I was highlighting a white vase with my cheap gouache and it looked duller and dirty. I got out the Holbein and was shocked at how pure and white it was. This was a really great deal and a lesson learned about quality of supplies.

Fantastic quality, good body and mixes really well with all of my watercolor paint.works wonderfully out if the tube and . easily picks up after drying, very water soluble, adds so much to my work. The price of this gouache cannot be beat. I’m grateful for this find.

Price went from $11 to $18 for 60mlThis is a great gouache that I use for mixing colors. The price jump was way too much!! This was the gouache I instantly bought MULTIPLE times, but I’ll stick to the Himi gouache that’s $11 for more than 3 times the amount (200ml). This is not worth $18 for 60 ml, considering how much I go through.

This is the best gouache paint I have found.

I PAINT WATERCOLOR EVERYDAY. EXCELLENT PRODUCT. A LITLE GOES A LONG WAY.
