Although these handles are designed for use with small engines, I ordered them to replace the handles on a crossbow cocking rope. The original handles were destroyed when the slipped from my hand mid-draw and smashed into the cement floor in my basement. I looked at other pull string handles, but most were twice as expensive as these. Also, I needed a pair. These replacement handle grips are exactly as described. They are a little smaller than many/most other handles (20% smaller). That works fine for my application (lightweight and packable), but it might not be the best option for larger displacement motors that have more resistance when cranking the motor over, or for folks with large hands. Can't comment on durability, since I haven't had a chance to use them over an extended time. The plastic material used doesn't seem too brittle. It was easy to insert the relatively thin diameter cocking rope through the holes provided. Might be more difficult if the pull-start cord is larger than 1/4".

My lawn mower was 13 feet old. The old handle broke and replaced with these, works great

Material could be a bit more durable or thicker. They feel cheaply made.

My dog chewed the original pull handle off my mower and these work great. Easy installation.

Nice comfortable handle worked well for a while but the plastic may be a bit too hard as it cracked right off from no more than normal cord. Return banging. Good thing they come in 2Pac.
