What is the best way to clean the flower petals themselves when they get dirt andndust on them? Additionally, best way to clean the solar panel?

I just use the Craftsman blower when I'm blowing the debris off the deck. They stay surprisingly clean and have not yet faded! Love these.

Is there a way to buy a replacement black plastic pointed end? The wind blew our flowers out of the ground and we can't find the black pointed end.
