The media could not be loaded. New review Dear people I had given a bad review before since the machine stopped heating after a while , but I had send a mail to the company address, they called me send a small video , help me solved the issue in few seconds. Thanks to the service team, please keep answering to the customers.(Old review one starDamaged within 10 sealings)Old reviewProduct got damaged with 10 to 12 dealings . Replaced the string ,no use . Buy something locally so that you can get warranty or proper service . Pathetic)

Bad product
Written vacuum feature but not available. Not easy to use because most polythene bags either over heat and cut and no indication of over heating
