Wonderful product, works very well
I bought this product and use it on my blue stone and full range flag stone a month ago, the result turn out very good. It is a little bit expensive, but it is well worth it. It was not too difficult to apply, I used two coats on my stone, on the first coat, the stone absorbed well deep into the stone, then the second coat 30 minutes after that would take less sealer than the first coat. It was paid-off after the first rain that we have, the water ran off from the walkway (depend on your slope) and standing water on the surface could not penetrated into the stone. It was like water standing on the glass surface. My wife have tested this product along with many other competitor on our spare stone, and this is the best that we selected. After apply different sealer on the same kind of stone, she tried to stain them with many different kind of stains, including oil. Many sealers do what it suppose to do, but "BulletProof" stand-out from its peers. The best feature of this product that we really like, is it did not change the look of the stone, and it did not make the stone shiny.Again, like any sealer manufacture recommend, always test them on your left-over stone before apply them to your walkway and follow the instruction.

Easy to apply....left with a deep shine.
This stuff is wonderful. I put off sealing my granite counters for the longest time because it seemed a little intimidating. But fear not, it's not hard at all. I watched a few videos online and decided I was ready. I'm ashamed for putting it off as long as I did.The application is easy...took me about 30 minutes to clean (used denatured alcohol) and about an hour to apply to all my counters (about 75 sq ft). After cleaning and let dry, I used a paintbrush to apply. After letting soak in for about 15 minutes (keeping the surface wet), I wiped off with paper towels and buffed it with a lint free cloth. It left my counters looking brand-new with a certain deep shine to them that I don't remember seeing before. I would definitely recommend and I'll be doing this job a lot more frequently now that I know how easy and successful it is.

Great grout sealer
We just got our living room and dining room carpet replaced with ceramic tile, and the company that did the work didn't have the option to seal the grout. So I had to start with no knowledge and decide what to use. I found an independent website, NATCO- North American Tile Cleaning Association, that had tested and rated grout sealers. StoneTech BulletProof was the 2nd highest rated sealer they tested. I decided on it because of this: "The Stonetech Bulletproof performed almost as well as our top rated sealer the Aquamix Sealers Choice gold and the Stonetech Bulletproof has a lot less VOC's [Volatile organic compounds] than the top rated Aquamix grout sealer." As the site pointed out, Stonetech is actually a tile sealer for porous type tiles, but works great as a grout sealer. The test was cool. I did a small area, let it dry for a couple of hours, did a second coat and waited a couple more hours. I then took some water and poured it on the unsealed grout and watched it soak in immediately. On the treated grout, the water beaded beautifully like I had applied it to a piece of plastic!

Working great on very light colored granite
My new light granite was staining and etching after being sealed with another product. It is performing very well after application of Bullet Proof. Liquids are beading up and not sinking in. No etching after three weeks. It was not easy to put two applications on a large surface area. Do small areas at a time. I now feel I can live with my granite with out constant worry. Thrilled ad relieved.

This is the best sealer I have used.
I've used several types and brands of stone sealer and this one seems to work the best. I applied two coats to a Travertine floor and noticed that most of the floor beaded up on the second application. Be sure to remove ALL traces of grout before you apply this product and be sure to wipe it off before it dries. If you do not, the finish on the stone will be inconsistent (.i.e. it will look like there are water spots). This application was on a bathroom floor and the product does not make th efloor slippery. I spent a few dollars extra for this product because it got good reviews and....lets face it, who wants to seal floors multiple times? Recommended.

Discolors
Did a small test on an expensive white limestone coping and it discolored it to a yellowish hue. This is not transparent. It also left a glossy streak, and it was applied on a test area without pooling. I bought Saltwater protector and the Bulletproof hoping I could protect my new pool Stone coping but this discolors the stone. It isn't an enhancer and it isn't transparent. It just makes a beautiful white limestone look yellowish-orange! The liquid is a milky white consistency as well, not transparent. It does not leave the stone in its natural finish when dry as advertised. For other stones (not white!) It may work to seal and protect. To its credit, it beaded water and did not penetrate on the small test area.
