Fantastic book with amazing insights and lot of key things which need to keep in mind during the lifecycle of business. Very Well descirbed about the things need to do before we start any business and thereafter during the operation.I have seen/worked with some startup who are only focussed on topline and least bothered about compliances/NDA/bottomline etc. To run any company with mindset of making it profitable and not only limited to valuations and exit, one need to have good control on bottomline and compliances to make it successful in long terms and this book has really described each and everything founder/co-founder should take care of.Highly recommend to everyone including those who are working with startups.

Good book and awesome packageing. but the printing disappoints me. I saw an another guy who post positive about this book and I see some guys too. but I got a print slanted book. whole book the words are slantly printed. the print is dark but the font size is big. good for some. I mostly read deep books. they have small fonts after reading those this book gave me diff experience. Worth buying. I always download an ebook bfr physical one. For this there is no ebook outthre. just buy it. Or you want detailed. Buy the Personal MBA book which is in gold colour. and 10 day MBA book. they book have indepth content compare to this book! This book was written by an CA. so I bought for his profession

What an amazing and a detailed book this is.. The author has captured the finest details that we tend to ignore in the early years of starting up. Everyone who has been running their own business for few years know this very well, and most of us got to know about the things that we tend to ignore and which are really really important, the hard way. I wish there was a book when we started :) this is a must read book for all those who have started or planning to start their own business. The financial planning in the first few year is what matters...

I have read the book and In my opinion the book, *First 1000 Days of Startup* written by Mr. Sunil Kumar Pathak is an important book to read for anyone who has ever considered start up and finance . And, I also believe this book is a very important work to pass on to a friend or anyone you know, who might have discussed startup from scratch.

Finance is generally one of the most ignored aspect of starting up a venture.Most of the time, people jump to idea execution and ignore finance, which comes as a pain in later stages of business.
