Horrible quality!!
Horrible horrible quality. The colors are off and have dark shadows on the face. They have substituted a nice Panasonic Lumix camera which cost around $450-$500 with a cheap $150.00 Kodak camera. Apparently the camera is either not calibrated with the system or is actual a poor quality camera. The passport and visa photos will all get rejected as there are shadows and highlights on the face. Do Not buy this system. Very disappointed at the new system. I had bought this 2 years ago for our other store and the quality is very good but changing it to a cheap Kodak camera is disappointing. Will buy it if they change it to the previous camera or a better one.

Description is misleading
Description leads you to believe sample paper & ink is included. It is not. Nor is it supposed to be included. Newer version is available.
