Mini DLP Projector Home HD Video Projector 3D Small Lightweight Home Theater Support 1080P Built-in Android 4.4 OS with WiFi Bluetooth 30000 Hours LED Life 2000 Lumens

There's a lot of awesome packed into this tiny projector. I used it to display a wedding video on a 120" screen, with the audio being bluetoothed to an Onkyo receiver/satellite speakers, subwoofer combo, and it worked great. I also used it to project a football game on the back of my friends 2.5 car garage, the projection was approximately 16' diagonally and had a great picture - even though there was a large bonfire behind the projector and a flood light to the side. The connectivity is good, and there is a lot of adjustability.There are a couple of drawbacks, however. I couldn't get movies to play from my external hard drives, and or thumb drives. It turns out they weren't the right format. I apologize, I can't remember which format I had to use in order to have them recognized. Then, when it was able to recognize the drives the video and audio was very choppy. I figured out that the bit rate was too high for the projector to handle. When I reduced the bit rate, they played fine.The only other issue I've had is that sometimes the system freezes up and needs to be rebooted.The flaws are pretty minor, and the price is right. Which makes this a great value.

I've had this product for awhile now, and I'm tempted to bump up to 4 stars.... (I'm no means a technical reviewer here) but:Boot up is fairly quick; but once to the main screen, you must wait for auto login, wifi connection, app updates. Only takes 30-60 seconds, but I'd recommend the wait or you might have a freeze later. The OS seems a bit slow, as if it's outdated. The pointer on the remote is unreliable, and the Netflix app is not very user-friendly. I can't find an app for Amazon prime available for download. Again, the processor feels like it's a tad bit not up for the job. The fan is a little noisy if viewing with the volume down, and it operates at a somewhat high pitch. Speaking of being up to the job, the 700 lumen bulb is not bright enough to enjoyably watch in virtually any sunlight. The resolution is okay. Not like the crispness or smoothness of HD TVs today, but way better than the expensive projector my parents have had for 5 years.As for the other benefits, the unit is fairly priced, extremely portable and it works well enough when viewed in the dark. I'm pleasantly surprised at the volume - its loud enough for a small room. The acoustics aren't anything to write about, but good enough in a pinch if you don't have any way to upgrade. Easy to use, and hooking the projector up to something with more power, i.e. a laptop, makes this well worth the price for a unit for use in your bedroom or outdoor at a small bonfire. Maybe also for in the office, with dimmed lights? The manufacturer has been friendly to me in their emailed outreach since purchas. They have offered to send me 3D glasses since I did not seem totally satisfied. I have not accepted, but it was a generous offer and appreciated much. I'm not turning it down either by writing this review!Bottom line: I would recommend purchase - but know what you're getting - a medium-high-definition, wifi-enabled, plug-and-play projector designed for mostly its portability more than anything else. Gaming, blue ray quality movie viewing, or videos to show to large gatherings or in sunlight are probably better served by other, stronger projectors. TBD on 3D viewing; will update if I try that out.

I bought this projector to watch my favourite movies and TV shows on a big screen and with all the functionalities offered by the Android software and I was very happy with it.The projector comes in a nice package with a user manual ( only in English language ) which explains how to setup and use the projector and the power adapter with an European and UK plug.The projector itself is made of solid plastic, solid and very small and on the bottom there is the UNC 1/4 screw ( the one found in many cameras ) to mount the projector on a tripod or on a ceiling mount.On the back there are all the connections, one USB 2.0 port, one USB 3.0 port, one HDMI in, one AV in, a micro SD slot, an ethernet port and an audio out with a 3,5 mm jack, it also has full bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.The USB ports are very useful not only to connect a pendrive or hard disk and play the contents from those devices, but they are also useful to connect a USB mouse and keyboard to better use the Android OS.As I wrote previously the projector has and Android OS and so it can stream from many apps such as YouTube, Netflix and Hulu, but you can also open a web browser like Google Chrome or download small games or apps from the already installed Google Play Store.The projector has many setting you can adjust to have a better image or sound, for example you can set the brightness, contrast, color temperature, sharpness etc... but it also has an audio equalizer with many presets to select from.It also has the keystone correction that can adjust the image from -40 up to +40.The projector has also full 3D support so it can playback 3D SBS ( Side by Side ) or 3D OU ( Over Under ) titles with no problem.Unfortunately there aren't any 3D glasses in the box so you will need to buy them separately if you don't have them.I tested the integrated video player with mkv 1080p files and it played them perfectly including the AC3 or DTS sound.The only problem I found was for the subtitles because you can't change the subtitles track if there are more than one in the video, but managed to fix this issue by downloading and using MX Player from the Play StoreThere is also the compatibility with Miracast and Airplay, that I tested with my iPhone and worked ok, without any errors or problems.I liked the fact that you can connect a bluetooth speaker directly to the projector to have a better sound because the integrated speakers are not very good.The image quality is great, the picture is perfectly focused, sharp and without any artifacts, it also has a great contrast and brightness.I recommend it to everyone who looks for a projector to watch movies and TV shows as this one has a nice quality image, it supports many different connections and can take advantage of all the Android apps.I attached a video unboxing ( that you can find in Full HD on my YouTube channel "Le Recensioni di Matt3o" ) where I also show some of the functions, and some photos of the projector.

Very nice projector but doesn't have any upgrades available.. This is actually a Zeco projector which was rebranded as apeman. I have no hope that either of these brand names is going to upgrade the android any time soon.. Android 4.4 is old and many new applications doesn't support such an old android version anymore.
