It says printable. What kind of printer must you use?

I have tried both a Canon Pixma 110 and a Brother MFC laser printer. The laser toner will not properly fuse to the foil. With genuine Brother toner it will come out of the printer intact, but you must use a fixative or clear-coat spray to avoid the toner from rubbing or scratching off. The inkjet printer gave the best results, but to be on the safe side I used a fixative spray which did not detract from either the print or the foil, and seems to be quite adequate. I successfully cut the foil with a Brother Scan 'n Cut, and the result was quite satisfactory. I've ordered another two packs of the printable foil.

Can I just cut these with the Silhouette without printing? I'd like to just cut shapes out of it to use as stickers!

Yep! It's just like any other thing you can cut with the machine. It shows you what settings and whatnot to use when cutting

Is this paper appropriate for use with a Cuttlebug die cutting machine? (Manual, not digital). Thanks!

I have a Cuttlebug and just tested it, and am sorry to say I did not get great results in the Cuttlebug. The foil is pretty thick, so although it looked beautifully embossed, it did not cut cleanly through all the edges. I didn't try any extra shims, but ran it through forward and backward for that test.

In a tutorial on these comments it seems they use a fancy printer, but I just have a regular hp inkjet. Is it possible for me to get the cutouts?

I am not sure what you mean by cutouts. If you are referring to the cutter that looks like a printer, no. Watch out with an inkjet printer also. I had ink smear the next day.
