I bought these around 4 years ago and loved them so much. The original pair still works very well after all this time, and I've always taken it on holidays with me as the headset blocks out a lot of the noise during a flight. Unfortunately on my most recent trip, I fell asleep on the wrong angle and one of the sides of my old set broke, hence I bought another one, and this time around, it costed half the price of the original. Very happy with this, sound is amazing, it's green, which is the best colour, it's very comfortable on your head and I couldn't imagine anything wrong with these.

The razer opus is 100% the best everyday use pair of headphones to use all the time and are very effective when travelling. The product comes with the very good headphone case alongside a spot in the case for the airplane socket connected, charger wire and aux cable. The noise cancellation is top notch, I couldn’t even hear the loud cabin noise from the active noice cancellation mode on. The sound quality is great and you can also check how much battery you have left in the razer audio app. The battery life is extremely good, I didn’t have to charge mine for ages. The headphones are very comfortable to wear and you can lay them on your neck freely without it hurting or being uncomfortable. Overall the razer opus gets a 10/10 from me.

Lasted 2 years until the ear snapped. The connectivity and battery life both were decent. I think the only thing I don’t like is, if you don’t use it for 3-5 minutes, it completely disconnects which sucks. Still I’d buy it again but - I’ve been in earphones recently

I've had mine a few months now and it's been very problematic getting them to provide consistent audio. Most days I've tried it has taken half an hour or more of faffing around to try get the headphones to have audio that does not drop out. I have the latest firmware installed. Today I did a little bit of experimenting with pairing them to more different devices and got consistently rubbish performance. Eventually I discovered that if I turned off my Apple Trackpad the issues disappeared. While it is nice to know where the problem lies, it does also make these headphones useless to me as I bought them to use with my computer. I have various other bluetooth headphones and none have got this problem - so I guess it's the bottom drawer for these as I kept them too long to return them - I am rather annoyed to say the least. Such a shame as other than the bluetooth connectivity issues these are pretty good value for the money.

First of all, if you’re just looking for a competent headset on a budget, and aren’t obsessed with detailed sound quality, this headset might be a good start. The headset is fairly solid, is light and comfortable to wear, and the audio that comes out is clean and not muffled. The headset is chargeable by USB-C, so will likely share the same charger as most modern smartphones. Now, while the audio quality is relatively good, don’t expect too much from some of the features included like noise cancellation and ambient noise doesn’t seem to work very well. I have noticed some differences in sound quality when activated, but bearing in mind this is a budget headset, it doesn’t necessarily improve the audio quality. The onboard mic also tends to give mixed results, with mic quality being particularly bad in a busy/loud environment. Trying to take a call while walking outdoors for example is virtually impossible with this headset. While rare, the headset has also been known to drop its connection for a second before continuing as normal - for me this is usually when using the headset with my phone, and the phone is in my pocket with other bits. Not really ideal when walking about… In an office environment or when static, this doesn’t seem to be so much of an issue. It is a genuinely good headset if you’re on a budget, but maybe not for the reasons Razer want you to think. If you’re after a solid budget headset for audio playback and aren’t too fused about noise cancellation or ambience features like you’d see in most premium headsets, this may be a good place to start. If you’re looking for a solid all rounder, you may want to look elsewhere.

On my second pair due to damaging the first pair and it was a no brainer when it came to which headphones to buy. Functionality: Best sound quality I’ve had from 6-7 different sets. Battery life: No set of headphones deliver what they claim but these are damn close. Comfort: The lightweight of these help deliver in comfort and they are a snug fit without causing you to sweat.

Le migliori cuffie che abbia comprato. Non ho avuto modelli costosi effettivamente, ma dal primo momento ho capito che per aver speso così poco (80 euro) avevo tra le mani un prodotto di qualità. Le plastiche non danno l'impressione di qualcosa di economico, il logo Razer non è tamarro come in molti altri suoi prodotti. Sono comodissime, le uso per studiare, mentre cammino, quando viaggio le porto con me in aeroporto e in treno e mi aiutano a staccarmi dai rumori assordanti intorno. La qualità dell'audio è buona, sinceramente mi sono abituato forse a questa e mi sembra di poter affermare che sia ottima. La ANC è fatta bene, non isola completamente ma fa il suo dovere. Apprezzata anche la custodia e i vari cavetti e accessori. Trovo inutile invece l'applicazione per android che servirebbe da equalizzatore ma invece ha una sola modalità THX degna del miglioramento audio, il resto sono impostazioni inutili. Quindi potreste anche non utilizzarla. Altra nota negativa è che non è dual bluetooth, quindi dovete staccarla da un dispositivo per connetterla all'altro. Ma per un prodotto come questo, a questo prezzo, che potete tenere in testa letteralmente per 2 ore senza che vi facciano male le orecchie, non si può pretendere di più secondo me.

Kurz vorweg: Dass man für den Preis kein Produkt im Oberkassenbereich erhält, sollte einem bewusst sein, daher hier einmal meine Beurteilung nach mehreren Monaten. Optik und Tragekomfort: Die Razer Opus Kopfhörer machen nicht nur optisch etwas her (Ich habe mich für die Quarz-Edition, also in rosa entschieden), sie sitzen auch sehr gut auf dem Kopf und rutschen nicht. Dass die Kopfhörer nicht unangenehm drücken, ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Sound: Die Kopfhörer bieten für den hier angebotenen Preis auch eine tolle Klangqualität für den normalen Alltagsgebrauch. Dass man hier keine 80- oder 120-Ohm - Klangqualität bekommt, sollte einem bewusst sein, aber für unterwegs dennoch mehr als okay. Ich kann Instrumentalstücke, als auch Metal sowie K-Pop hören, ohne dass es sich komisch anhört. ANC: Die ANC Funktion kann mit einem Knopfdruck ein und ausgeschaltet werden und schirmt wunderbar von Außengeräuschen ab. Auch hier empfinde ich das ANC für einen Kopfhörer in dem Preisbereich mehr als ausreichend. Bedienung und Kopplung: Die Bedienung der - zu Glück recht wenigen Tasten ist kinderleicht. Track vor, Track zurück, Pause, Ein/Aus. Hält man den Ein/Ausschalter beim Einschalten lange genug gedrückt, blinkt eine LED am Kopfhörer blau auf und lässt sich hiernach mit dem Handy, dem Tablet oder dem PC ganz einfach koppeln. Das einzige Manko ist hier die Reichweite - Entfernt man sich zu weit vom Bluetooth Gerät, ist die Verbindung sofort unterbrochen, bei mir sind es etwa 5 Meter. Akku: Der Akku ist einfach top: Ich bin in der Woche mehrere Stunden am Tag unterwegs und höre auch gerne abends noch 1-2 Stunden Podcasts oder Musik und lade den Kopfhörer ca. alle 3 Wochen, wenn überhaupt, auf, obwohl hier immer noch Rest-Akku vorhanden wäre. Material: Das Gehäuse des Kopfhörers ist aus Plastik, ja, dennoch wirkt dies sehr wertig und ist auch recht kratzfest. Ich bin regelmäßig mit den Kopfhörern unterwegs und sie haben keinen einzigen Kratzer. Die Ohrpolster sind aus Kunstleder. Bei meiner Version sind sie in einem hellen grau und ich hatte Angst, dass meine gefärbten Haare mit der Zeit darauf abfärben können, aber das ist zum Glück nicht der Fall. Fazit: Alles im allem bekommt man hier ein tolles Mittelklasseprodukt zu einem Top Preis. Wer sich dessen bewusst ist und sorgsam mit dem Kopfhörern umgeht wird garantiert auch für sehr lange Zeit Freude daran haben. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
