Works great!
This product keeps me asleep all night and helps me fall asleep. I tried this out of curiosity to see if it would work as good as the 5mg melatonin I used to take (from another brand) and it worked just as good. Will be reordering.

Easy cap to take,sleep quality better
I like ease of swallowing. I seem to sleep longer and more soundly.

Keeps me asleep 7 hours
I take these a few minutes before I lie down and they keep me sound asleep for 7 hours. After that point, my sleep becomes lighter, and am aware that my back and shoulders hurt. I start checking the clock every 20-30 minutes until I have a total of 9 hours sleep. I wish these would last just a little longer, but they do last much longer than my previous brand, which was not SR (sustained release).

A waste of money
It doesn’t work.

Finally found one that works for me.
I’ve tried a couple different melatonins and they never worked well for me. My neighbor told me about this one and said it worked well for her so I gave it a try. I’ve bern on it for a mo th and a half now and it works great. After reading the reviews about it making you feel groggy the next morning I was expecting that to happen to me, but it doesn’t. I wake up feeling fine. Will definitely keep taking.

Perfect low dose, just enough and not too much
It helps me sleep through the night, and get back to sleep easily after I wake up to pee. The low dose means there's no morning grogginess either.
