I use this mainly for coffee grounds after I make coffee in a Moka Pot or a French Press. It's sturdy, and the handle is comfortable to hold. The hole size is very fine. It would work well for sifting. It's easy to use and an invaluable tool for the kitchen. I'm pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this quality product.

Its a nice product every thing is great. But the handle is too heavy so it doesn’t stay on the cup. You need to hold it all the time

Love this fine mesh strainer. I bought it so I could blend berries and strain out all seeds to use the pure juice for drinks. It worked perfectly, as you can see in the picture the strawberry juice is smooth and well strained.
