Awful! Crumbled and turned into sludge when cooked
Horrific! Crumbled into powder no matter what I did. It arrived almost in powder form and would not cook. Do not recommend! Ruined my event

Fresh and Well Packed
Very happy with this purchase. The tapioca pearls are great quality and taste exactly as they should. My daughter absolutely loves them, which is always the best test. The product arrived very well packed in a vacuum sealed bag, which kept everything fresh and in perfect condition. That gave me confidence in the quality right away. What also makes this a great buy is the price. For the quantity and quality you get, it is definitely good value for money. Overall, a very good product that delivers on both quality and freshness. I will definitely be buying again.

Perfect product, excellent customer service.
Pearls are perfect, was an issue with my original order that was sorted very promptly by the supplier. Reviews state pearls are bad, however I put this down to customer error, make sure to follow the instructions and add the pearls to BOILING water not hot water, hot water will make the pearls turn to slush. Great product great customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer

Great product, you just need to follow instructions
Update: the seller kindly have my some tips to use this product properly. Make sure you boil the Boba for about 15 minutes then sieve in cold water before proceeding to make tea. With a bit of care, you get a great result. Previous review: Very poor quality, falls apart instantly and does not hold its shape.

Don’t bother. Waste of money.
Thought I’d try these for a different type of drink. Good sized pack. Pearls crumbled in my fingers. Went to cook as per usual tapioca pearl instructions. Dissolved as soon as water added. Tried cold water instead; paste ensued. Absolute waste of money.

Quality issue, 1/4 bag is in powder form.
It’s an instant cook type. Pretty standard taste and the texture is ok. Not a good value product. A high percentage of the product is in powder form.
