I have a busy 1 year old and these work great for keeping him out of places. The only issue is it doesn't stick to everything needed. It wouldn't stick to our dresser, but it stuck to evwry other surface we placed it on. It was easy to install and is easy ro use.

I used these to keep the drawers of a dresser shut so that my two-year-old could not open during the middle of the night and climb. They served their purpose successfully and overall happy with this product. A few key notes to consider as you purchase: when I initially installed them on the drawers, they were somewhat under tension (pulling force) as I did it really, really tight and the adhesive does seem to fail overtime when installed in this manner. They need to be installed with no force or tension the adhesive pads. The initial set I put on my daughter’s drawers all pulled off fairly easily when installed in this manner after a day or week - but once I did it slightly loose, they stuck on excellent. This is same for my freezer like another review, I put one on the freezer in hopes that it would keep a bad door shut, but because the door was trying to force itself open eventually the adhesive always fails and the thing pops off.

These are so quick to install and are great quality for the price! We have them on all of the coat closets and throughout our kitchen to help keep little hands out of dangerous areas. The adhesion is fantastic and I've had none of them come off! The functionality has no criticism from me, you just slide the lock with your thumb and it quickly releases. To secure it back, simply press the lock back into its snaps. I was able to install these speedily and quickly in under 10 minutes for my entire house. Thank you for making a product to help increase and ensure safety!

Just need extra adhesive for it, other than that they work great.

These are great! They are functional in a variety of ways, for example, I use them both to keep my cats out of my trash can and a toddler out of kitchen cabinets. The strip that holds the latches in place is thick enough to be reliable, and the latches themselves are low profile, so they don't excessively protrude from the surface you attach them to. I recommend sizing them before adhesion, and double checking that it is the length you want it at before reattaching the latch- I personally have had issues adjusting the length after putting the latch back together. Other than that, they can fit virtually anywhere and are incredibly easy to install, plus they have a textured surface to help you use the latch!

I bought these May 8th, 2024, I installed one on my freezer door. the Purpose was to help hold the door more securely shut because the seal is getting inflexible. It works great for that purpose. When I installed it, I cleaned both areas where it would adhere with 91% isopropyl alcohol and made sure it was completely clean and completely dry. I put the release side on first, I peeled off the liner for the adhesive and pressed it onto the side of the freezer and I let it cure for 24 hours without being under any stress or pressure. The next day, I measured and placed the second part with it's adhesive on the door of the freezer.. I did not engage the latch, I just let the adhesive stick and cure to the surface for another full 24 hours. Afterward, assembled the latch to be taut and locked it. I am really happy with how well it holds and how easy it is to unlatch one handed. Sometimes it won't close back unless I use two hands to fully pull the spring back so it can catch. Today, June 24th, 2024, exactly 45 days after installing, the factory adhesive just popped off on its own. So, I basically can expect these to last only 45 days under casual use. I am the only one accessing this freezer and I use it at least once a day, maybe up to 3-4 times a day. The latch itself is easy and uncomplicated. It is not being pulled on by children or pets, so it is not under constant strain or stress as it is intended. to be used I am disappointed the adhesive only lasted 1 ½ months. I re-stuck the adhesive today and will see how long before it pops off again. I suppose I could use another factory adhesive pad, but I may as well just use some E6000 for all the good the adhesive pad does if it pops after only 45 days of casual use. I'm still glad I got it, despite the adhesion issue.

These are amazing and work wonders! I’ll advise you ahead of time to be intentional about where you stick it the FIRST time because there’s no going back. lol… it’ll come off if you give it some effort but it definitely won’t go back on. Focus is key here! Besides that, worth the purchase! My kiddo is two and still fighting with these things. They haven’t disappointed

Here's my opinion on how useful this product is, especially if you have a baby at home; they're strong and the baby can't pull them off.

I have these in several spots for childproofing and I find them to be very hot or miss. They are somewhat fragile and when they fail a small metal spring comes flying out. Dangerous if your baby manages to break it themselves. Some of them have had no issues and others have broken after a day.

These are great for my small freezer for when I fill it up and it doesn’t have room inside for the door to compress/ vacuum the air to seal it. Easy to apply and work well.

Doesn’t work well on toilets. Fell off after just a few weeks. Easy to install, but hard to readjust length because the clip for adjusting the length is hard to close.
