Brilliant must have for Everyone
Bought this for my wife (daughter and I are already in BJJ) and what an amazing course. Even though this video is marketing towards women, the techniques are the essential fundamentals for BJJ and should be viewed by anyone interested in real self defense or the sport. Bought a second copy for my sister and her daughter. Would have given this 6 stars if I could :-)
