I’ve been using the Nuke Nutrition BCAA Capsules for a few weeks now, and I’m really pleased with how they’ve slotted into my training routine. I bought these mainly to support muscle recovery and help maintain lean muscle mass, especially around intense training days or fasted workouts. Each capsule is dosed at 1000mg, which is convenient and easy to take no powder mixing or artificial flavours, just a straightforward supplement. Worked well for me and you get lots of tablets! nice and small so they are easy to swallow and they gave me no side effects! keeps you hydrated!

As a vegetarian I have been worried that I may not be getting enough amino acids in my diet which is why I purchased this product. Once I started taking this supplement I very quickly found that my energy levels during P T sessions were much higher, recovery rate was quicker and muscle soreness was reduced. My trainer commented that I was like a Duracell bunny a few days after I purchased this!! (Other battery makes are available!!!) The only reason that I didn't give 5* is because of the confusing and contradictory dosage instructions. On the pack it states take 2 per day but on here there are 2 sets of instructions. One says that on training days you should take 2 before training and 1 after and on rest days take 1-3, whilst the other says to take 2 after training and 1 - 2 on rest days. No idea why there is this difference unless they are related to different products? I have worked out what suits me best after a bit of trial and error so no real issues but a bit more clarity would be appreciated! Otherwise, a great addition to my diet and supplements that I would recommend.
