Yes - so much so that you can completely fold the front cover back under the back cover so it takes up less space.

What size refillable paper does this take? And is the closure magnetic?

Hello! The paper size is 5-7/8" x 8-1/4" and the closure is not magnetic, it's a pen loop. Thanks!

Is fitting A5 paper the same as fitting Franklin classic size 6 ringer?

I don't know but everything i read says A5 paper.
