The packing of the faucet was very much low standard
The packing of the faucet was very much low standard, it was as if it’s of some local vendor. N the pipe length on the bottom of the tarp was too big had to cut it short to get it Fit.Totally dissatisfied with the product

The quality looks good and the stainless steel used for the faucet is of good quality.
I have been using it for a while and it is working properly. There are no leakages nor any scratches on the tap, so is the reason for giving it a five star rating. The only discrepancy that I would like to bring it to notice is that instead of brass tap knob I received a stainless steel knob. Other than that, I am happy with the faucet in all aspects.

Excellent gooseneck faucet for RO
It was difficult to get the RO manufacturer to come and fix the goose neck faucet that was leaking. So I bought the Konvio faucet and fitted it myself. It's working well and doesn't drip.
